Min Divakollega Lee blir svært glad når hun får servert denne desserten, jeg tror den er noe av det beste hun vet. Så når Lee skal spise dessert her i huset, står alltid denne på øverst ønskelisten. Den er min favoritt også, så jeg er ikke vanskelig å be.....
Bringebærmousse med sjokolade
4 porsjoner
2,5 dl kremfløte
30 gram dessertsjokolade
250 gr bringebær
2 ss kirsj eller sitronsaft
60 gram sukker eller mer etter smak
15 gram mandelflak
1: Riv sjokoladen.
2: Pisk krem.(Gjerne med litt sukker)
3: Lag syltetøy av ca. 2/3 deler av bringebærene, legg resten til side.
Rør i kirsj/sitronsaft og sukker etter smak. (Husk å lage det søtt nok!).
4: Bland bringebærsyltetøyet inn i kremen.
5: Legg krem, bær, sjokolade og mandelflak lagvis i glass.
6: Avkjøl minst en time før servering.
PS, Jeg har gjerne oppi mye mer mandler, bær (bringebær, blåbær, jordbær) og sjokolade.

My fellow Diva Lee is always very happy when she gets this dessert served, I think this is one of her all time favorites. Every time she has dessert in my house, she crosses her fingers, hoping to get this one. As it happens to be my favorite dessert as well, it doesn't take much to convince me to make it for her.
Raspberry mousse with chocolate, 4 portions
2,5 dl cream
30 gr dark chocolate
250 gr raspberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
60 gr sugar
15 gr flaked almonds
Chop the chocolate into SMALL pieces.
Whip the cream.
Make jam of 2/3 of the berries, put the rest of them aside for now.
Add lemon juice and sugar into the jam, remember to make it sweet.
Mix the jam into the whipped cream
Make layers of berries, almond flakes, chocolate and cream
Leave in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
(I usually use much more almond flakes, chocolate and berries)
